MESSAGE FROM NCISS PRESIDENT

Maria Landry

Maria V. Landry

NCISS President

First there was snow, and then there was more snow as it blanketed the mountains and Vail Village. It looked like a winter wonderland. But, inside the Arrabelle Resort was the warmth and camaraderie of friendships either newly formed or made years ago as the National Council of Investigation and Security Services kicked off its 36th Annual Conference.

In his spare time he functioned as an amateur hockey league line official, eventually turning professional.

In the meantime, Tom's passion was law enforcement. He received his basic police recruit training at the Boston Police Academy, and then continued with Somerville Police Department...read more

NCISS GOES TO VAIL

NCISS conference-goers enjoyed a treat at the spectacular Arabelle Hotel at Vail Village the end of April. The property was top drawer and service was superb. Capped off with an edifying presentation by NCISS legislative advocate, Larry Sabbath, productive board meetings, and well prepared seminars,

all returned home feeling revitalized and refreshed. At an elevation of over 8,000 feet, a picturesque spring snow blanketed the Rockies and added to the cozy atmosphere. Special thanks to Bob Heales for his diligence in making the 2011 annual conference a success...read more
