All types of liposuction are minimillay invasive, involve small incisions, and minimal down-time.  Lasers add light energy and ultrasound uses sound waves to heat or "melt" fat cells.  Several studies have compared tradidtional liposuction to ultrasound techniques demonstrating safety and advantages.  However, no convincing studies have been done to show that laser assisted procedures are any better, and the laser is less selective.  It also treats blood vessels, nerves, and skin.  The claim is better skin tightening, however this has not been proven. The laser instruments are hot and pointy, making them more suited for very small areas that can be directly controlled.  Lipo Dissolve is a type of mesotherapy... a series of injections to kill the fat cells.
