Greetings!
Good morning! Has it been crazy around your home/office this week? I can only imagine.
WWAD's World Headquarters has been ablaze with an electricity usually reserved for Tuesday's at 11:45 (when the Chicken Fingers are coming out of the oven). The intensity level has been elevated since Kelly Ripa shared her new co-host would be made public this week.
At WWAD we're givers, and we reserved the 4th floor of Crowne Suites, as many of our interns have had family flying in from remote areas such as Bangladesh, Missoula, and Terre Haute.
Alex, on of our HR interns, has family in from the Twin Cities. Overcome with the emotions of the day, she put it best. "We've been together for the Moon Landing, the fall of the Berlin Wall, (pauses to collect herself) and the O.J. Verdict. We certainly were not going to be separated for this. Generation-defining moments are best shared with loved ones and co-workers."
Alex - we are proud to call you sister. And Michael Strahan - we are also proud of you.
W.O.W. - Walk Of the Week
Our WWAD Staff was honored to join well over 200 people at Fisher-Titus' inaugural Walk with a Doc this Wednesday night. We were terribly impressed with Michelle Skinn, Deb Reed, Dr. Jim Kasten and the entire experience in Norwalk, OH. To have that many of us out together for 30-60 mins of walking - W.O.W. is right. It blew us away.

California Medical Association Foundation
We can't keep this quiet any longer. We've been working hard with the great state of California in preparation for a scheduled state-wide launch. It's coming at the end of the month, and it's because of Carol Lee, their CEO. She gets it. She and her staff are rolling this out in a heroic fashion. California? Just watch. Mmmmm...SUGAR!

for where you can wwad this weekend.
And now, right now, we want you to get up, stretch, and maybe walk for a few. Over time, sitting kills and we need you.

Respectfully,
