Walk with a Doc Newsletter

Greetings!

Good morning!

Friday the 13th usually proves to be a lucky day for us at Walk HQ. We are sure the same will hold true for you today. We know you deserve it.

Do you ever find that the best things in life are the simplest?

Hammocks. A pat on the back. Beaches. Ice cream. A long walk with a friend.

We are big fans of the AHA  and they are promoting Life's Simple 7.

"Simple 7?"

Yup. Simple 7.

What we love the most? All 7 of these lifesaving measures can be achieved, or strongly assisted, by one thing - walking.

Please click here for the Simple 7.

"OMG - this guy just LOVES walking! That's ALL he talks about. I bet he walks before he takes a walk."

I do, really, seriously I do.

"Walking? C'mere, walking...

Come here and get in my belly! GET IN MY BELLY!"

Can't Use the Mask...
There's New Hope

CPAP is the Gold Standard. But, I agree with this article, half my patients that need it, cannot use it. If you, or someone you care about, falls in this category, please check out this popular article from the NY Times this week.
