Healthy Worthington
Thank you to the ambitious volunteer
organization of Healthy Worthington.

You are doing great work for your beautiful
community and it was an honor to join you last Friday.

Candy Brooks and This Week Worthington we appreciate the article.
Thank you.

Greetings!

Good morning! Are you good? I'm fantastic. Why? I'll tell you why.  You people ("YOU people?! What do you mean, YOU people?!") are out busting your humps staying active.  We love it.

Everytime we turn our head there is a new walk or a new health gathering or something beautiful like that.  Pick a buddy (or two or three) and get out there.

Henry, why does he always use all this punctuation? It's like he asking a question and yelling at the same time. I don't like it.

This Saturday, we reconvene at our regularly scheduled time of 8:30 am.
All the items you have grown accustomed to will be present.

We have had many new members recently, thank you.  We love the growth.

The site visit to WWAD - Miami was successful (I took one for the team) and I'm excited to reengage this Saturday.   We appreciate the WWAD - Polaris crowd playing nice with the Stroll for Epilepsy group last Saturday.

*Many of you are aware that weather is coming to Columbus - quickly. We will make a decision by Saturday 7:00 a.m. on whether WWAD - Polaris will meet.  The decision will be announced on all TV stations that accept our call (I have gotten into trouble in the past trying to capitalize on the free advertising (e.g. cancelling WWAD on a day it wasn't scheduled just to get it on the bottom strip)). We will also announce on Facebook, Twitter, and www.walkwithadoc.org.
Thank you Hitch
Hitch Forgive me, but I'm thinking about Hitch today. For those unaware, Ken Hitchcock, the first coach to take the Blue Jackets to the playoffs, was released as head coach on Wednesday.  I'm thinking about his unparalleled work ethic and his unwavering passion to bring Columbus success on the ice.  This guy would take the shirt off his back to help anyone.  Coach - you are a stand up guy that represents our city with profound class. Godspeed Hitch.
Keep taking the stairs. Keep parking in back of the lot. Keep making a difference.  You inspire us.

See you Saturday,

David
