WWAD to the Capitol
We are honored to be traveling to Washington and meeting with several veteran Congressmen early next week. We will be presenting our program and introducing/continuing discussions on where it fits in with the current national health care debate. Jack, come here! That doctor, you know, the crazy one in Columbus. He's going to D.C. He won't say if he's meeting with the Democrats or the Republicans. You think he's left or right? I don't know Saundra. Those cardiologists seem to be Republican, but he's out hugging trees on the weekends. That guy doesn't know whether he's coming or going. I bet he's meeting with both sides of the aisle - trying to keep everybody happy. Please go to www.twitter.com/davidsabgir for updates of Walk with a Doc's progess on Capitol Hill.

Outside or Inside?
After Walk with a Doc - Columbus's rigorous 14 day Board Retreat (at Maui's exclusive Four Seasons resort) WWAD has decided to....play it by ear. If it's above 32 degrees we're outside, below that we're inside at a location to be announced shortly. We will, however, make it abundantly clear without any doubt in the newsletter where we are walking a couple days ahead of time.
For example, this week we are: probably walking outside, but, honestly it's a tough call - it could be inside? Who knows...
Kidding - We are outside at Highbanks, 8:30 this Saturday. Coffee, water, food, smiles, and blood pressure checks. For five minutes, we will discuss what precautions to take in winterizing your heart (and the rest of your body) this winter.
Boy, Saundra this guy really thinks he's funny. He loves that bold print. I'll bet they did go to Hawaii - those SOBs. You think they got that money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act? I'm calling Obama. Sandy - get me the phone!
Remember - Forward those (willing) emails (see left column). If the winner sends greater than 20 emails - tix will be hand delivered....by Kathryn (or me).
Have a fantastic end of the week. Go get your 30 minutes today. Best thing you can do for yourself and your family. Trust me.
See you Saturday, David
