Cleveland Rocks!
What an honor to go present Walk with a Doc to the Cleveland Clinic on Wednesday.
It's like Hollywood for Doctors. Lots of big names up there. They have 4000 doctors. 4000!

Good morning warrior. Isn't life fantastic?! Amazing country...great weather this summer...a few more beautiful months on the way.
Are you getting after your 150 minutes of exercise this week?
You bet you are. You are a warrior and that's why you are crucial to our team. Team of what you ask? Team of champions, that's what.
You keep plugging away, everyday. You are curing your own potential cancer, heart disease, stroke, you name it. If it's bad, it's likely you are making great strides in preventing it. You know what? You are also helping the next guy. Everybody that sees you walking, rock climbing, or whatever you're doing is motivated by you.
Help us fill the streets with walkers and rock climbers - we need you.
What am I smokin', you ask? I'll tell you what I'm smokin' - peace, love, and good health.

This Saturday!
Tomorrow is golden, 64 and sunny. Perfect. For future walks, we meet rain or shine, but not T-storm. T-storm = no walk. But we don't need to worry about that tomorrow, it's going to be 64 and ideal.
We will finish off the delicious Lifewaters, courtesy of G & J Pepsi.
There will be bananas flown in from El Salvador or wherever they make them. Plus lots of granola-ey goodness.
I put a picture of Brad Pitt, because the last time I did that we had an incredible turnout. If Brad Pitt = more walkers, I'm all about Brad Pitt. Transitive property from some teacher along the way is paying off. Maybe next time we'll try Angelina and see how many show. I'm starting to realize why they dominate the check out counters. Next week, Jon and Kate.
I digress. We hope to see you Saturday at Highbanks Big Meadows Picnic Area, 8:30.

We're a public charity!
Great news in yesterday's mail. The letter reads, "We are pleased to inform you that upon review of your application for tax exempt status we have determined that you are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code."
We've been waiting for this for close to a year. Thank you to our Kirt Moritz, his father, and my wife Kristin for making this happen.
I'm off to the Champagne Room...after I see a couple patients.
