Good morning! Hope your week is going well and you've managed to stay dry. The weather tomorrow a.m. is mid to high 60's, sunny, and no rain. We have been hearing back from many friends who are getting close to or achieving 150 minutes of exercise a week. We cannot even begin to tell you how great that is for you.
