Just Walk
American Hero Leads Walk with a Doc This Saturday!!
Greetings!

Good morning!! There is no other way to say it, this week's guest speaker, U.S. Assistant Atty. David Devillers, is an All-American Bad Ass (can we say that in a newsletter?).

Last year, David floored a large Walk with a Doc crowd with his incredible stories. This Saturday will be more of the same.

Do me a favor. After you read his bio, envision me, his neighbor, having to ask him for our spare key because I locked myself out of the house.

It's like asking James Bond to help you zip your pants.

By the way, Dave's bio reads like Michelangelo saying he is a "artist".  Most humble guy you'll meet.

**David is the one on the left.  And if you needed an additional reason to attend on Saturday, his beautiful wife, and NY Times Best Selling author, Julia (pictured), will also be present.

Big News!!
Walk with a Doc has an official Program Director, Kathryn Stephens!

Thanks to Tim's (Fleet Feet Tim) recommendation, there is no doubt about it....we've got ourselves a winner.

Kathryn will be adding many things to Walk with a Doc, but specifically an important dimension that I had not yet been able to provide.  Common sense.

Those that have met her over the previous 2 weeks have raved to me; we will formally introduce her this Saturday. Actually, who are we kidding.  We've never done anything formal at the walk.
As many of you may have heard, last week's guest, CBJ Head Coach Ken Hitchcock was named Canada's Olympic Hockey Coach!  Then again, what does Canada know about hockey.....

Have a great week.  The weather is set to be perfect for the walk.

See you Saturday,

David
