One hundred and fifty
The federal government has posted it's physical activity guidelines. We want everyone to shoot for a total of 150 minutes a week.
Each week we will recognize our 150 club in some fashion.

Dear Friends,
 
If you already know who won last night, DON'T TELL ME, I taped it. 

For the half of you that are basking in victory today, congratulations! Dr. Wilson will be leading a ticker tape Walk with a Doc parade this Saturday at Highbanks, at 8:30 a.m.  Come celebrate the achievement you have invested time and money towards.

I understand that some members of the other half may currently be packing for an extended leave.   For you, it's Walk with a MOUNTIE as we prepare you for your prolonged stay up north.  Back bacon and Labatt's Blue await your return from a beautiful fall stroll through Highbanks.

I will miss you as I will be with my patients at Riverside on Saturday.

Dr. Wilson takes the reins
 
Dr. Wilson will be leading our group this weekend.  He is a very sharp and personable gentleman that we are so fortunate to have in charge this Saturday.  Please be aware that Dr.Wilson also leads the Sharon Woods Walk every Sunday at 11:00 and the Westerville Community Center Walk every Wednesday evening.  He is a wonderful resource for all of us; thank you for your time and devotion to the program Dr. Wilson.

We are currently not scheduled to have a walk on the 15th of November.  The 22nd will be dependent on what time the Michigan game is scheduled for.

We have continued to be blessed with a ton of momentum - thanks to you.  We ask that you continue to work towards your 150 minutes a week.  This is the Fountain of Youth that you have discovered - and best of all, it's free.
