At Alligator Soul, we're pleased to introduce three house-labeled varietals -- Chardonnay, Merlot and soon-to-arrive Cabernet Sauvignon -- that we think best exemplify the magical pairing of food and wine.
Grapes for each of these wines was sourced from premium Napa Valley vineyards and represents classic interpretations of each of the varietals. Come and try a bottle today!

Chef Chris DiNello has been retooling the menu to offer some new treats during the winter -- and added some interesting seasonal twists to some old favorites!
Watch for the return of wild game to the winter menu -- as well as the addition of these delicious sounding meals:
* Cranberry & Brandy Roasted Chicken
with Sausage Stuffing and Braised Escarole.
* Pork Chop with Bacon and Red Onion
Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Tasso Ham Mac-n-Cheese and Maple Bourbon

About Alligator Soul
Alligator Soul was founded in 2003 by Chef Hilary and Maureen Craig and quickly became known as a romantic and elegant downtown dining destination.
Under the late Chef Craig's leadership, the restaurant was a pioneer locally introducing it's own breads, cured meats and sauces.
Chef Craig hand-picked Chef Chris DiNello as his successor shortly before his death in 2007 and DiNello continues the tradition of handmade dishes created with fresh and local ingredients prepared with integrity and with an emphasis on flavor.
In 2009, Chef DiNello became a partner in the restaurant with Maureen Craig.
