April is "Evanston CAN Recycle" Month and the City of Evanston is participating in the Cans for Cash City Recycling Program! Beach Tokens Now Available

Season Beach Tokens and Daily Passes are now available for purchase weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave., and at local community centers during their office hours. Visit here for more information

 

 

Construction on Grove - Beginning April 9

the south side of Grove St. will be closed from the west side of Sherman Ave. to 810 Grove St. As a result, there will be no parking in between Sherman Ave. and the Grove St. viaduct. More in for here.

Downtown Evanston provides marketing and management services to the downtown Evanston Illinois district and is a 501(c) (6) non-profit corporation.  The district that Downtown Evanston is responsible for is the Special Service Area 4 (SSA4), Illinois' equivalent of a Business Improvement District (BID). Established in 1987,  Downtown Evanston is governed by a Board of Directors and works in partnership with the city of Evanston.
