First Bank and Trust (820 Church St.) on New Year's Eve from 8:00am - 2:00pm. The Downtown Evanston gift card is regularly available at the Downtown Evanston office (820 Davis St., Suite 151), Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and at First Bank and Trust (820 Church St.) Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm and Saturdays from 8am - 2pm.  |

Vehicle Sticker Deadline Extended to January 5
| The deadline for purchasing and displaying 2012 Evanston vehicle stickers residential parking permits has been extended to January 5, 2012. Residents are highly encouraged to mail in their applications and payment as soon as possible. More information here.

Free Holiday Parking
| Take advantage of Free Parking in the City's three downtown self-park garages. Garages at Sherman Plaza, Maple Avenue and Church Street as well as Lot 60, located at 1234 Chicago Avenue, will observe free holiday parking through Monday, January 2, 2012. Hours of free parking are weekdays after 5 p.m. to midnight and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and all day on Monday January 2, 2012.

Caring Connections for Seniors Fundraiser

Caring Connections for Seniors is hosting its "Grow With Us!" fundraiser at Beth Emet Synagogue in Evanston
on April 29, 2012.
Caring Connections for Seniors facilitates Chicago-area seniors' access to and participation in the life of the community by bringing them together with volunteers, community resources and programs and each other.
The "Grow With Us!" fundraiser will feature a silent auction, live entertainment and remarks from Jan Schakowsky, our Congressional Representative in Rogers Park and Evanston. Attendees will also have the chance to mingle and enjoy refreshments.
