Fountain Square Arts Festival

The 32nd annual Fountain Square Arts Festival welcomes over 200 artists from around the country will display painting, sculpture, wood, glass ceramics, jewelry, fiber, watercolor, drawing, and mixed-media. In addition, the festival has music, food, and fun for families and anyone with an appreciation for fine art. 

 

Located at Sherman & Church in Downtown Evanston.

His woman left him, he's broke, and it's almost five o'clock in the mornin'. But don't be worryin' 'bout our hero, Nomax. Out of his '30s-style radio pop five guys named Moe who cajole, wheedle, comfort and jazz him with whimsical hit songs of Louis Jordan, one of the most beloved songwriting talents of the Twentieth Century.

Performances will take place on Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 3pm. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased in advance or at the door.

DreamLogic Theatreworks Presents A Clockwork Orange

clockwork orangeDreamLogic Theatreworks follows their provocative staging of HAMLET with Anthony Burgess' dystopian horror classic, A Clockwork Orange. The production will celebrate its gala opening Friday, June 17 at The Rotunda, 1603 Orrington Ave (Corner of Orrington and Davis). 

Now running Friday and Saturday Nights June 17th - July 2nd. House opens at 7:45 PM.

Did you know that buying groceries can help educate a child? Whole Foods Market Downtown Evanston will donate 5% of their daily net sales on Wednesday, June 29 for a Community Support Day to benefit educational programs at City of Evanston  summer camps  through the Evanston Parks Foundation.

The store is located at 1640 Chicago Ave., Evanston. Store hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
