Field Trip to Manhattan...

For adults only

Our girls had such a great time at the Manhattan sleepover that the mom's want in on the action. As you wish. It is here So You... has added a field trip for adults to visit some of the most crafty places in Manhattan. We will be visiting fabric shops, M&J Trimmings, bead stores, The City Quilter , yarn and knitting stores, have a wonderful lunch and be home by sundown! Join us for this wonderful day of creative shopping. Dates: 7/22, 8/19 and 9/2.

Time: We will be leaving at 9 am and return at 8 pm.

Details: So You... will have a car pick us up and bring us home. No trains, no schedule, no rushing around... just a day of shopping, looking, more shopping and having fun!

Fee for the day: $75.00

Includes all transportation and food arrangements.

Sewing in the Sun...Summer SewAway at the Sea Shore!

July 27 - 31
Camp will be held in our summer house at Wildwood!
We will sew a cushioned lounge chair/fold away bed, large tote bag, full set of pajamas, stuffed animals, fun summer tops and pants and skirts.

Calling all Fashion Devas ...

FIT in a week Fashion Design Workshop.

TWO WEEKS ONLY - week of 7/20 and week of 8/10

So You... Sewing and Design Studio is offering a Fashion Design Workshop. For 5 days, Students will be introduced to all aspects of fashion and design.

Day 1 will consist learning about fabrics and color.

Day 2 will introduce merchandising and design principles.

Day 3 we will begin to sew.

Day 4 we will complete our first garment.

Day 5 we will redesign an article of clothing using all information gathered from the weeks' learning. This is a fast paced course and will prove most valuable to students wanting to learn about fashion and design as a possible career choice. Although this is a dedicated course, the So You... staff is there to assist the student, and therefore appropriate for even the beginner! Time: 10 - 5 at the Sparkill Studio.

Details: Workbooks, sketchbooks and fabric reference books are also included in the cost. Lunch is also included. Enro llment is limited to 6 students per session.

Class Fee: $500.00 for the week

So You... AS YOU GO CAMP Based on many requests, So You... is beginning their AS YOU GO CAMP. Pay for 5 days of camp - $150.00 and use the days as you like.
