So many exciting things are happening that I couldn't wait to get the news out to you until my April newsletter. I will try my best to keep this brief!
First, we recently were able to set up an Equicizer to be at
Lynn Palm's Women Luv Horses event in Ocala Florida April 3-5. This was made possible through the kindness of amazing singer/songwriter Templeton Thompson. She offered to share her booth at this event with the Equicizer. Another dear friend, riding instructor Shannon Southwick, will be taking "Shadow" the Equicizer for everyone to see and try! Sandy and I will be with our booth at Equine Affaire in Columbus, Ohio that same weekend. Our thanks to Templeton and Shannon for their support! I have to tell you that Templeton Thompson is an amazing artist. She is so full of life. Her voice and lyrics will touch your heart. If you have a chance,

You can also find her on the web at
Templetonthompson.com. This girl makes beautiful music to share with the world and especially horse lovers!
March was a great month for the Equicizer in the magazine world. Dear friend and great writer Lori Black wrote a wonderful article concerning the Equicizer & Equipony that was published in March's issue of Equestrian Network Magazine. She explains perfectly how the Equicizer and Equipony are invaluable tools in the world of therapy. Please take a peek if you have the chance and thank you so very much Lori for this amazing depiction of our wooden horse world!
I also learned that my article "A Horse For Inside Your House" was published in March's issue of
Equestrian Style Magazine! This is a free magazine that covers many of the southern states. I would like to thank Publisher Victoria Cooper for this opportunity!
A couple of weeks ago, Sandy and I were at the "Road To The Horse" event in Franklin, Tennessee with our Equicizers. It was an amazing event and experience for us. One particular highlight for me was the opportunity to meet personally with
Lisa Wysocky. Lisa is an Equine Clinician/Instructor/Author/Speaker (the list goes on). In 2007, Lisa was chosen as one of the country's Top 50 riding instructors by ARIA (American Riding Instructor's Association). Lisa is also a registered level NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped) Lisa walked up to me as we were setting up our booth and told me how wonderful the Equicizer is. She uses it at a center where she teaches both able-bodied and disabled riders. It was an honor to hear the wonderful things she was telling me about the Equicizer. I grabbed my camera and she taped a testimonial for the Equicizer right then and there! Please click her to see what Lisa had to say in this video!

Then shortly after, FEI/Dressage rider and USDF "L" Judges program graduate
Meg Hilly also stopped by to check out the Equicizer at our booth. Meg gave an amazing demonstration of how you can work on the posting trot with the Equicizer, so again, I grabbed my camera!

We are now headed off to
Equine Affaire in Columbus Ohio, April 2 thru 5 in Booth YP1. We are pleased to let everyone know that Craig Cameron & Tommy Garland with also have their Equicizers in their booths!
I am presenting again this year at Equine Affaire on "What It Takes To Be A Jockey." My presentation will be Sunday, April 5 at noon in the Youth Pavilion.
Dear Friend, Natural horseman and cowboy Jesse Howell is scheduled to do a roping presentation and demonstrations using the Equicizer on Thursday, April 2 at 5 p.m., also in the Youth Pavilion. Stop by and go for a ride!!
