The Principle
We are not likely to get our existing staff to work smarter or harder with an appeal to improved performance. What we need is increased capacity, which can only come about when we inspire others to greatness.

- What is your strategy for coping with the "more with less" work environment?
- If adding staff is not an option, how can you increase the capacity of your team?
- How can you inspire others to claim their own greatness?

Watch the movie "Invictus." What leadership lessons can you glean from this movie? How did Nelson Mandela inspire the South African rugby team to achieve the impossible?
