Create a system to increase the amount of positive feedback given and received by your team
 on a daily basis.
 
Questions:
  • If increasing positive feedback by 50% by year-end were the objective, how would you implement it? What would be the tasks and milestones on your project plan? 
     
  • What system can you create to "collect" positive feedback for yourself? How can you make it easier for others to recognize you for your contributions?
     
  • To whom do you owe a thank you? Identify 3 people who contributed to your success at work over the past month and find a way to express your appreciation to them.
