Dear Shareholder,

Throughout the summer, EnWave has been working with the German Investor Relations firm AXINO AG to develop a five-step European communications program with the goal of increasing share trading activity for ENW. Starting with today's release of a German-language website, the two companies will now focus on the dissemination of background materials to the AXINO investor group in order to introduce the EnWave “story” to investors abroad.

  • WEBSITE – EnWave’s new German-language website is now live and can be viewed at www.enwave.eu.
  • INVESTOR MATERIALS - Enwave and AXINO are developing a new set of materials, including an “investment case”, that will be sent to the AXINO investor database as an introduction to the company.
  • PRESS RELEASES - AXINO will continue to send EnWave’s press releases to their investor database through their portal www.goldinvest.de, and will begin communicating our story in detail to a list of almost 700,000 investors.
  • NEWSLETTER – Beginning in August, EnWave is to be featured in the European investor newsletter www.trendaktien.com which has over 3,000 subscribers.
  • ROAD SHOW – We are currently considering an investor road show through Germany and Switzerland in October of this year. AXINO will be responsible for organizing the road show and for introducing EnWave management to their larger investors.

The summer is always a difficult time for investors due to low trading volume and holiday schedules, but this summer has been particularly challenging in the capital markets. Enwave has been working diligently to advance our testing programs for both bioREV and nutraREV, and the Company is scheduled to deliver results for both of these technologies by the latter part of this year. With these results in hand, we will be aggressively pursuing new customers and expanding our investor relations activities to help stimulate trading activity and attract new investors to EnWave.
