Customized Knitware by Rain + Jack

If you are looking for the perfect cold weather accessory for your winter wardrobe but can't find the  right color combination for your scarf or hat - meet Rain + Jack.

Helen Sharp and Si Doi have a studio just up the street from KOBO at the intersection of Rainier and Jackson (thus the name, Rain + Jack)  They are bringing one of their knitting machines down for a special two day event.

You won't see production going on but you can get a feel for what goes into making these pieces.  Machine knitting requires a special skill which Sharp teaches to those who want to learn in her studio at the Knitting School

Select form 16 color choices and from any of their eight styles which include scarves, hats, hand warmers, ponchos, blankets or their unique scarfigan (a cardigan/scarf combo with buttons) .  Add a stripe or a block color in  a color of your choice and two weeks later your customized piece will be ready to wear.  All of their creations are knit with 100 percent Australian lambswool spun in Scotland.

Their latest designs and collection will be on view for purchase.  Rain + Jack will also be available to take custom orders.  Orders and purchases made during the  trunk show will receive special pricing.  Get a headstart on your holiday shopping.  Don't miss it!
