Britt Rynearson shibori silk December 6, 2008, 12 - 3 pm
Textile and fashion designer, Britt Rynearson, was trained all over the world. Her early study was in traditional painting and sculpture at Scripps College. Fashion and textile training took place in Florence, Bali, Los Angeles and Seattle. Her current line of shibori silk is shown nationwide in boutiques and galleries. She will exhibit at the highly competitive Smithsonian Craft Show this coming April. At this wonderful event hosted by KOBO, Britt will debut a new wool jacket that is only being shown at select locations nationwide. It is spectacular and a limited number of custom orders are available.
