Previously, I always found excuses not to exercise. Now, I actually enjoy and look forward to the workouts as I feel energetic and pleased with the improvement in my health while feeling better about myself. I actually find myself encouraging others who are struggling with weight and health issues as I KNOW THEY CAN CHANGE, just like I did. Losing the weight and strengthening my body has definitely been worth the effort now that I have reached my goal weight.

I believe that maintaining my present weight for the rest of my life will be much easier because of the instruction and positive encouragement that I received at Private Fitness. I am more focused in my physical training session and realize that I must give it my best shot because a new me is just around the corner.
