The Shelton Jaycees have completed another outstanding month!
  • In only four hours we collected eight full carriages of non-perishable food and cleaning supplies for the Shelton Spooner House Shelter and Valley Food Bank. Add that to the $120 + in cash donations we collected and ... well you get the idea. We just rock.
  • One of our own VP's set a new course record playing mini-golf. (You just had to be there:^)
  • We've been out to over twenty cruise nights promoting our own Car Show & Bazaar on Aug. 30th.
  • We've collected nearly $400 worth of Trophy Sponsorships. (h/t Gary Ferris!)
  • We've had six people complete the Roaring 20s Car Club judges training, certifying them to participate in a judges exchange with the Southbury Training School show. With 1500 participants and 5000 spectators this is one of the largest and most respected shows in New England.
  • Blythe Josovitz has stepped up to become our Business Vice President!
  • At our last meeting we had a 15 minute game about surviving Work Place Politics and another new member was sworn in. Welcome to the crew Scott!
