Our family in Jesus Christ in India - congregation of Pastor Y. Satyanarayana
 | And He (Jesus) replied, Who are My mother and My brothers? And looking around on those who sat in a circle about Him, He said, See! Here are My mother and My brothers; For whoever does the things God wills is My brother and sister and mother!

Pastor L. Satyanarayana, his wife Sharon, daughter Divya Sree, and son Rajeev Sandeep
 | "Greetings
to you in the name of our Savior Jesus Christ. It is a great joy and privilege for
me to meet with you with this letter. I humble beg your valuable pardon to
state the following few lines and request you spare some of your precious time. I
am coming from a Hindu background family. My forefathers were idol worshipers. While
I was studying in college God called me through the verse in Isaiah chapter 40,
"Comfort, comfort my people, says your
God." Then
I answered God's call for me to be a pastor. God showed me a wonderful vision for
His work in the tribal area. God gave me a godly wife Sharon, and we have two children. When
I started the tribal ministry, I was facing many problems. It was a forest area,
and many poor people and children began coming to our gatherings. They had
little food, clothing, and little shelter.
The children at their church | There
are 35 poor and orphan children in our congregation. Also there are 25 widows coming
to my church. Please pray for them. Offerings are very low because the people
are very, very poor and helpless.
The widows at the church | Please
pray that God will give strength to do his ministry faithfully, and for a less
crowded place for us to gather. Every day we are praying for our American
brethren and your families. Thank you for your love and compassion, which is
through Christ Jesus. Please
pray for us. Yours
in the love of Christ, Pastor. L.

A message from Court and Sandy Wood
Dear friends, when we see the faces of our brethren we see a reflection of the face of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we see the love of God. I am reminded of Psalm 16 which tells us of our Lord's love for His people:
As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight.
It is Christ's command for us to love one another, even as He loved us. Our brethren need our love, and, oh, how much we need theirs!
If you are not doing so already, please pray about regularly including the family of God in your giving. When we help our brethren, we are helping our Lord, for He is suffering and persecuted with them, and in them. There is no area of giving more important in the Word of God, than helping our less fortunate brethren in Jesus Christ. And no more certain way to "lay up treasures in Heaven." Quite simply, this was our Lord's advice on giving. Luke 12:32-34
Please join with us in praying for an awakening in the American church to our responsibility as the most prosperous Christians in the world. We have been so blessed, not that we might dwell at ease in Zion, but rather that we might consider ourselves here in America, like Queen Esther, for such a time as this to bring deliverance to the people of God.
Pastor L. Satyanarayanna, and his very poor congregation have not yet received help. They would be so blessed and encouraged to hear from you. These Christians are from the so called "Dalit" or "Untouchable" castes. They have come to Jesus Christ for forgiveness, for freedom, and for eternal life. Our love, affirms Christ's love for them.
Gratefully your fellow servants in Jesus Christ,
Court and Sandy WoodMay they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
Then the King will say to those on his right, "Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."
The Lord Jesus Christ
