Joshua and Abigael at the hospital

"I was sick, and you cared for me."
The Lord Jesus Christ

Dear Brethren

Thank you for your prayers for Pastor Joshua Atieno. I called him yesterday, and he sounded improved. I also received these photos of him sitting up with his wife and one of his children.

He hopes to be released on Tuesday if he continues to feel stronger. This was an allergic reaction to medicine he was taking for an earlier illness. It almost completely closed his throat preventing him from eating, and if it had not been treated properly would have soon cut off his air.

If you would like to send an email, Pastor Joshua and his wife Abigael would be very strengthened to receive a short and encouraging message from you. His email is:  widowsafrica@yahoo.com

If you would be able to send a gift to help cover the hospital expense, please designate your gift "for Pastor Joshua Atieno, Kenya." We will forward 100% of your gift, and this dear brother will write back to you letting you know how much your gift has helped them in the Lord's work.

"Carry each other's burdens,
and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."

Galatians 6:2

Gratefully yours in Jesus Christ,

Court and Sandy Wood
