• Keep your deck safe and attractive for those summer parties.  Inspect your deck for loose nails, wobbly rails, and rotted areas.  Give the appearance of your deck a facelift with a power wash and a new coat of stain.

• Ensure  playground equipment is maintained and doesn't pose a safety threat to your children.  Are there rusty bolts?  Are the swing-sets secure?
