Realtors® are asked to respond to a Call-to-Action urging all members of the House of Representatives to vote yes for House Bill 377 (Everett, R-Lycoming) with no amendments. The bill would remove the requirement for mandatory sprinklers in residential new construction.

Floodplain remapping is 85 percent complete throughout Pennsylvania, according to Dave Bollinger, mitigation outreach coordinator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region III, in Philadelphia.
