Private transfer fees, AMCs and sprinklers bills introduced

Legislation prohibiting future private transfer fees (PTFs) was introduced in the Senate last week. Senate Bill 353, sponsored by Sen. Wayne Fontana (D-Allegheny), will also place burdensome reporting and disclosure requirements on private transfer fee covenants that already exist. Read more.
