FREE FORECLOSURE SEMINAR
   PAR is offering a free seminar in Wyomissing designed to educate REALTORS® on the issues surrounding foreclosure. PAR's REALTOR® seminar, What Every REALTOR® Needs to Know About Foreclosure, highlights information about consumer programs, loan modification and short sales. This seminar is not for consumers. The seminar gives REALTORS® insight into the complex foreclosure and short sale processes.
   The panel discussion includes speakers from the PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and the PA Department of Banking, as well as a REALTOR® and Short Sales Educator.  Click here for a video of some of what you'll see at the session.
   The FREE 90-minute session is being held in Thursday, February 3rd from 9:30am -11:00am at the Crowne Plaza. Session includes a continental breakfast.  Seating is limited. Click here to register.
