Accredited Buyer Agency (ABR Designation Course) - January 10 & 12 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. each day)  This course provides the required ABR® Designation credit.  Completion of this course also provides 1 PA broker credit and 15 hours 10-12 PA license renewal.
 
Real Estate Marketing Reboot - January 18 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)  It's time for a real estate marketing REBOOT.  Completion of this course provides applicable ABR® elective credit and 7 hours 10-12 PA license renewal.
 
Short Sales & Foreclosures (SFR Designation Course) - January 21 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)  What Buyer's Representatives Need to Know. Completion of this course also provides ABR® elective credit and 7 hours 10-12 PA license renewal.
 
e-Pro Certification Course - February 2 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)  Better Serve the Hyper-Connected Consumers of Today & Tomorrow.  Available for the first time in a classroom setting. Completion of this course also provides 7 hours 10-12 PA license renewal.
 
CRS: New Negotiating Edge - February 7 (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)  Get the Deal Done. This course introduces students to a 5-step plan for implementing the most current and innovative negotiation strategies. Completion of this course provides elective CRS® Designation credit and 7 hours 10-12 PA license renewal.
