GREEN Designation - Core Course - December 13 & 14 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. each day) @ the Association of REALTORS® School, Malvern. Why Go Green? This course shows real estate professionals how to explain to consumers what makes a home, building, or property green, how to list and market green properties while fulfilling ones legal and professional obligations, and how to implement green practices on the road and in the office. Completion of this course provides required GREEN credit, elective ABR credit, 1 PA Broker credit and 15 hours PA 10-12 Real Estate license renewal. Click here to register. |
