TREND UPDATE:

SHOWINGASSIST UPGRADES: CONFIRMATION/ENTRY INFO
DISPLAYS AFTER CONFIRMATION

Keeping your listing information secure is TREND's top priority. You told us you felt uncomfortable putting private information for entering a home (like lockbox codes) in ShowingAssist when an appointment was not confirmed.
TREND and ShowingTime heard your comments and, as a result, the Confirmation and Entry Information has been moved to the confirmation e-mail - after the listing agent confirms the appointment.
This applies to all listings set to "Appointment Required." (We recommend this mode for all listings.)
Listings set to "View Instructions Only" or "Assumed Confirmation" modes still display the showing instructions on the confirmation screen.

Better Control the Number of E-mail Notifications
· Use the new checkboxes on the Listing and Agent Setup tabs to select the showing request notifications you want to receive.
· Choose your e-mail notifications more easily from the Agent Setup tab - as they are now organized by listing or showing agent.

The politics and economics of the homebuyer tax credit
Jul 22, 2010 06:00 am | Austin Jaffe, Ph.D.
