In late June, the Spanish National Transplant Organization (ONT) accepted two face transplant proposals from La Fe hospital in Valencia and Virgen del Rocío hospital in Sevilla. ACS Group Signs Agreement for North Carolina Concession
Spain-based construction corporation ACS, currently one of the main players in the American infrastructure market, signed a project development agreement with North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) on May 29. The terms of the agreement give ACS-led group, with its subsidiaries Dragados and Iridium and the American-Canadian engineering firm Lochner, right of first refusal on building the Outer Banks' Mid-Currituck bridge as a long term toll concession.
