The Sacyr Vallehermoso (SV) Group, one of Spain’s major construction corporations and a global infrastructure concession leader, reached an agreement in December with Citi Infrastructure Partners for the sale of its subsidiary, Itínere Infraestructuras for $10.2 million. In a press release, the company stated that it made the decision to strengthen its financial situation by considerably reducing its debts. More...

DanobatSpain-based Danobat Group, a world leader in manufacturer machinery, signed a $65 million contract with the Russian railroad company TVSZ, the main freight wagon producer in the country.
