CRES News  & Views Greetings! Our character word for these first few weeks has been Courage. I am proud to say that I saw a display of it this week when our SBDM Council made a difficult decision. Due to our increased enrollment, we have been allocated an additional teacher for this school year. Council decided to place the teacher at grade 5 and lower those classes sizes from 31 to 24. It was a tough decision, we have several grades that are at capacity and over. Our Council arrived at the decision by consensus, and it was difficult. But we were able to make the decision without bitter words or acrimony which can sometimes be difficult. Our new teacher will be hired and in place by September 6th.
