Paul Russell joins Hand in Hand

The Hand in Hand Board, Staff and Executive Search Team are thrilled to announce the hiring of our new Executive Director, Paul Russell. All of us at Hand in Hand are grateful to be able to celebrate this important step in the organization's growth with such a caring and dedicated community. 

Hand in Hand Founder, Patty Wipfler shares, "Paul was the unanimous choice of our staff and our Board. He was my choice as well. He is a father with personal knowledge of the power of the Hand in Hand tools, and he has the executive skill and experience to lead our organization well. I look forward to introducing him to you."

Paul's experience successfully growing non-profits is one of the many skills he brings to this position. Paul is ready to make a lasting impact, "Hand in Hand has made a significant difference in my parenting. I'm eager to guide Hand in Hand's growth and strengthen its outreach to families everywhere."
