Are You Choosing Fear?
Fear and love cannot occupy the same place.
So if you are in fear about anything big or small, send love to whatever is disturbing you.

Imagine loving energy coming from your heart and dissolving your fear. Try to see it as a radiant color of golden sparkling light, or a pink misty cloud, or whatever pops into your mind.
If you can' get a visual, try to feel the energy dissolving or zapping any fears.
Don't know how to project or see love? That's OK. Some people can't at first. Stay with it. Think of something or someone you love, then transfer that feeling to dissolving your fears.
Allow yourself to then flow with that peaceful energy of love. This is your natural state. What is unnatural to your body and mind is fear. That's why it is so uncomfortable and why you want to run from it.
Remember this if you think it's difficult imagining love. You are already using your imagination to create fear. So you can use your imagination for peace and happiness, or you can stay in a state of anxiety and turmoil. Choose.
Dissolving fear with love is a practice. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
