SAY "YES" TO FEAR
Whatever you are going through, there is a reaction in your body.
Fear especially creates knots and blocks. However, when you focus on the body part which holds the fear, and say "Yes" to it, you will find the fear and the knot dissolves.
This is called Mindfulness.
It may take multiple times to focus on those fear knots, but you will find instant relief. Make it a practice. Instead of suppressing and trying to escape your fears, which never works, allow those fears to come up and dissipate.
When the fear is released by simply putting your attention within your body, you'll find a spacious, peaceful place. That place is where you want to rest in. It's called your Higher Self, Beingness, God, Infinite Wisdom...or whatever. No name can define it. It's a place where you can find peace and refuge from your fears. Also called, Heaven on Earth.
Simple Process:
When you have a fear. Take a moment to locate it in your body. Some people carry the stress and pressure in their chest. Others carry it in their stomach, or head. Wherever you can identify a "fear knot," or block within you body, simply put your awareness there.
Your awareness is like a laser. It will automatically dissolve any blocks, including pain.
Sometimes, because you have been suppressing your fears for so long, it may take a three letter word to dissipate that energy.
Say "Yes " to the knot or block. This is a great way to let the fears go. You have been saying "no" to your fears, but that simply pushes fear down, which becomes toxic not only to your body, but to your life. Fear is simply trapped energy.
Think of yourself as a mountain, and the fear is a weather system, rain, or a storm passing through.
Important * Do not analyze the fear, or the block. Do not tell yourself a story about your fears. Simply put your attention within your body, and allow the fear to go.
Surrender to that floating, peaceful sensation that comes up while and after the fear is dissolving. This is your natural state. Peace and happiness.
Make this a practice. Instead of suppressing. Let those fears go. Rest in your natural state of calm. Say "Yes" to fear.
