Bonus Tip

Let's get moving! This Monday marks the beginning of CityParks' annual Track & Field summer program, which gives kids the chance to jump hurdles, throw javelins, and run relays in parks all over the city. Training will conclude at an end-of-season meet at Icahn Stadium on Randall's Island, so be sure to show up weekly. All programs are free and divided into 5-7 and 8-16 age groups.
