STS to Present at ATLUG
Simplified Technology Solutions, Inc. (STS) will present at this month's Atlanta Lotus User's Group. The topic will be "Best Practices for BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) in an IBM Lotus Domino Environment".

The event will be held at the Atlanta IBM building on Tuesday, September 9, at 11:00 AM. All interested parties are invited to attend!

STS Customer Survey 2008
STS has completed its annual survey of clients. Yet again, STS has received high marks for customer service, knowledgeableness of staff, and education of the client in addition to completing the technical tasks.

Rapid-Ask Updates
Rapid-Ask by STS, an application that allows users to push questions to field personnel and receive formated answer reports in the office, is now available in version 1.2.

New features include on device help, mandatory question option, and the recurring question option.
