Spring doesn't officially begin until March 20, but things will be plenty green on Saturday, March 17, when the 23rd annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Celebration returns to the Star City. If you're wondering where to start, you might want to check out the first-ever Roanoke Valley Financial Fitness Fair on Saturday, March 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Roanoke Civic Center.
