Why should you read this?

NLP stands for 'Neuro Linguistic Programming', a set of techniques and practices that transforms negative behaviours & emotional states, and drastically increase performance.

How do I decide whether to take Part I only or do the whole course?

If you are mostly going to use NLP in business, you can opt for Part I only. If you work with people and wish to understand how to create change in others or if you are doing this course for self-development purposes, do the full course as you will learn some valuable tools during Part II that will allow you to create profound change in yourself and others.

- NLP Coaching:

We explain what is coaching, the coaching cycle, show you how to use the NLP techniques in coaching, and teach you how to set goals that work (i.e. get what you want).

- Time Line Therapy, one of the most effective techniques I know of to release negative emotions (at the source of many behavioural issues) and limiting decisions.

- Hypnosis, We cover conversational (Ericksonian) Hypnosis, use of the pendulum and other ideo-motor signals and how to conduct a hypnotherapy session with a coaching client.

You get THREE Certifications: NLP Coach - Hypnosis Practitioner - Time Line Therapy Practitioner.

WiC member, Helene Liu is an experienced NLP Trainer & Coach Trainer who has been based in Hong Kong since 1990. She certifies people in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), NLP Coaching and Hypnosis.

She believes that most issues people encounter in their personal and professional lives stem from the most intangible dimension of the human element: thought.
