Many thanks to everyone who participated in the community service project this past weekend to beautify the northern entrance to Naniloa Loop!
Residents of all ages showed up early Saturday morning to install flowers and plants, and paint this entryway to our community.
Volunteers installed fencing, Manila palms, crotons, wax ficus and "Hula Girl" hibiscus.
The community service project was sponsored by Hawaii Reserves, Inc., BYU-Hawaii and other Laie organizations. To view a news article about the event, please click here. A big mahalo to all the volunteers!
Community meeting Thursday about proposed growth for BYU-Hawaii
The Laie Community Association is holding its quarterly community meeting this Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Laie Elementary School cafeteria. Representatives from BYU-Hawaii and Hawaii Reserves, Inc. will make a presentation about proposed growth for BYU-Hawaii, as well as potential drainage solutions.
We encourage residents to participate in this community forum, find out about proposed plans and provide input.
Mahalo,
The Envision Lā'ie Team
