Even if you don't speak, your attendance in support is vital and makes a difference. Envision Laie t-shirts will be there for you to help rally support. We encourage everyone attending to respect differing viewpoints and to stay positive.

(1) Using the on-line City Council Speaker Registration form available at http://www.honolulu.gov/council/attnspkzone.htm;

(2) sending a fax indicating your desire to speak, along with your name, phone number and subject matter to 768-3827;

(3) calling 768-3815; or

(4) registering on-site (at 4:30 pm).

Each speaker is limited to a one-minute presentation. Persons who have not registered to speak may raise their hands at the time the item is announced and they will be given an opportunity to speak following oral testimonies of the registered speakers.
