Meet KEF Scholar Simon Tuberio Ledede

I am Simon Tuberio Ledede.

I am a former student under the scholarship of Kenya Education Fund. Firstly, Let me thank you for the support you gave it to me. After sitting for my K.C.P.E examination, back in 2006,

I was guaranteed it was the end of my studies but you showed me light in the dark tunnel. You picked me among many pupils who applied for the scholarship and awarded the full [amount] of it.

I was admitted to Oloolaiser High School on 6th February 2007. This is where I started shaping my life.  KEF provided all the school fees so I was at school all the time. On my studies, I had one goal: not to shame the KEF or my parents. I would spent sleepless nights in order to get what would make my parents happy and KEF see that their donations were well utilized. I did my K.C.S.E national examination in 2010 where I managed to score a main grade of A-. Apart from thanking GOD for the good performance, KEF has really contributed to my success.

After high school, I enrolled at the Kenya College of Accountancy University. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My ambition is to become a software engineer.

My biggest prayer is that one day, one student -if not many- can also go to school using money from my pocket. I will also like my resources to help those less fortunate as I was also helped.

Lastly, let me thank you once more for your support. I am praying that one day, I will meet one of my donors and have a handshake.

GOD BLESS the KEF ABUNDANTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busy start to 2012 for KEF

Happy 2012!
