Providing Ice Cream at Conference

Sassy Cow Creamery crafts their very own ice cream by adding sugar and cream to traditional milk. Once pasteurized and aged, flavors are added, like chocolate, peach, strawberry and peanut butter fudge.  The creamery also offers two lines of milk, organic and traditional - bottled right on site!  You'll also find heavy cream, half-and-half and butter and a Wisconsin favorite... cheese curds! All of Sassy Cow's products are made with farm-fresh, rBGH free milk.
