Successful Partnering for Lean, Green Facilities Affinity Health System In the first portion of this session you will learn about how Affinity Health System has built a successful partnership with Focus on Energy, utility
representatives, contractors and designers, and other organizations whose

Kerry Centre Part II of this session: Through the
lens of an integrated team, discover how sustainable design goes hand in
glove with work flow process improvement and lean construction management
principles to make a profitable and prosperous building project. Completed in 2009,
Kerry Center
is a 264,000 square foot corporate office, laboratory, and pilot plant project
in Beloit, Wisconsin. It received the States largest Focus on Energy Grant (nearly $200,000)
in for its energy savings strategies.

During the afternoon breakout sessions, you'll have a chance to get a great look at the design elements, approach to construction, funding and partnerships that make these projects exceptional. AND, these sessions qualify for continuing education for GBCI and AIA.

In an effort to make our event more sustainable, WGBA has committed to sourcing all ingredients for the meals, snacks, and the kick off event from
local producers. We aim to support the local economy and Wisconsin farmers. Each week, we'll feature an item from our menu, along with information on the source.
