 In my house, although we're far from perfect,  we try to eat healthy foods. We read labels and I've always felt that I was feeding my family good food. I was aware of the many organic alternatives, but thought they were expensive and was not convinced of their benefits.

After attending the Organic Summit and Natural Products Expo in Boston this month, my perceptions are changing. Having heard numerous presentations and seeing a variety of natural products out there, I am thinking I might need to reconsider what foods we buy.  I wonder if the way I feel is how mainstream America will feel in the next year or two as new research is published and the organic industry gets more organized and effective at marketing the benefits of their products.
