Many of our most significant leadership challenges show up in the context of change and conflict. A common characteristic of effective leaders is that of "vision". This vision often involves individuals and teams changing so as to achieve some degree of improvement. At the same time we know that individuals and organizations often exhibit significant resistance to change. This seminar will explore the role of leaders in helping individuals and groups to successfully navigate these challenges.
Workshop Objectives:
What assumptions do we have about leadership?
What must I understand about change and transition if I am to be effective as a leader?
What roles do leaders play in facilitating the effective engagement of conflict?
Participants: This workshop is appropriate for anyone who wants to increase their capacity both personally and professionally to effectively engage change and conflict.
