ILA and USMX Agree on 90 Day Extension

On Thursday September 20, 2012, the ILA and the USMX agreed to a 90 day extension as they continue to negotiate national and local contract agreements.

The 90 day extension will postpone any potential strike and congestion charges until December 30, 2012. Through the upcoming 90 days, the parties will continue to work towards a new ten year contract.
