Groundbreaking Development in Irish Music Education

Music Generation launch

Within days of its announcement, Music Generation has incentivised one of the main gaps in Irish music education to be addressed - the absence of coordinated and publicly supported local infrastructure. Currently, 70% of the country has an established local Music Education Partnership with the remaining 30% in planning. This in itself is a significant breakthrough for music education in Ireland, the overall initiative hailed by The Sunday Times as a 'godsend'. Full details of local Music Education Partnerships that have been established are available here.
